Special Announcement!

Effective May 12, 2004, there will no longer be a weekly newsletter or daily updates to the site.  There are several reasons for this:

1.  Not enough income to pay for the site and prizes.

2.  Ongoing problems with delivering the newsletter.  If it's not my hosting company then it's other internet providers blocking us due to their filtering and spam regulations.  Even though the list is "double opt-in" and people have put us on their "safe" list, it doesn't seem to make a big difference.

3.  Too much personal time being spent updating the site and not entering sweeps myself.  My winnings have dropped dramatically while running this site.

4.  It's no longer a labor of love....just labor!

The site is NOT going away at this time!
I will still continue to update the site occasionally, probably once a week or so.
I'm just cutting back so that I can spend more time enjoying this hobby without all the "headaches" of updating a site 7 days a week, 365 days a year.  :-)

I will still draw a winner for the Subscriber Only Sweepstakes at the end of the month from the list of current newsletter subscribers.

Thanks to all of you who have sent donations, clicked on links, used our shopping links and sent encouraging emails.  I would not have been able to continue for this long without it!
Your continued support will allow me to renew my hosting plan and keep the site going longer.
